Rates

Sessions are generally 60 minutes in length.

30 minutes session $60

45 minute session $85

60 minute session $110

75 minute session $140

120 minute session $215

What to wear for a session

For your ease and comfort, Please Wear Loose and Comfortable Clothing.

There will be no oils or lotions used. Loose and comfortable clothing allows for easier and more fluid postioning.

Movements and shifts will all be in your comfort range. All movements are toward ease and away from tension.

Communication

Communication during a session is important. If something is uncomfortable or is causing discomfort or increased tension, you are asked to let us know right away and we can make adjustments in positioning or pressure. With this type of bodywork, your body will respond quicker if it is not in tension.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly give at least a 24 hour notice if you cannot attend your session. You will be charged 100% of the session fee unless there is illness or an emergency. Fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.

If you need to cancel or rescheulde your appointment - please contact me ASAP. Don't wait for my reminder/comfirmation text to do so.

There is no greater compliment to me than when you refer others to my practice. I appreciate your confidence in my work when you refer.
